How to find the University of Glamorgan By Road Wales is served by the M4 which is easily accessed from the north and south of England and Scotland. Travelling on the M4 leave at Junction 32, follow the A470 in the direction of Merthyr Tydfil and then follow A473 (signposted Llantrisant and University of Glamorgan) follow the road left until you reach the University. By Rail There are frequent services from all major British cities to Cardiff. From Cardiff the sprinter service to either Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare or Treherbet runs approximately every twenty minutes. You should alight at Treforest station which is adjacent to the university campus. By Air Cardiff International Airport is just 11 miles from Cardiff city centre. Bus and taxi services operate from the Airport. London Heathrow and Gatwick airports are about 3 and 4 hours respectively by road.
