Implication of Cognitive Style on group processes. Quantitative and qualitative investigation on: - the relationship between cognitive style and the way a group member participates in the group (organic groups and mechanistic groups are observed); - the effect of team composition (homogeneity/heterogeneity of style) on the task performance.
